We asked people what was important for them in a church and together we agreed this as our aim. Our main aim is to be God’s loving family seeing people and places made whole by the love and power of Jesus.

 

This means that in all of our places, and with all of our people we focus on the same things: Making disciples;

Growing leaders;

Worship;

Prayer

Unified mission - sharing with others the good news of Jesus.

 

As we focus on these things, we try to keep in mind our values. We seek to be

joyful

prayerful

Spirit led and dependent

salt and light

unified and diverse.

We seek to be Joyful, as we believe we can live joyfilled lives when we know God.

We seek to be prayerful. Talking with God both all together and individually.

Spirit Led. We believe the Holy Spirit guides and directs us.

As Christians following this vision we believe we are called to live in a way that is different to many.

When we follow Jesus, we believe he helps us to live in unity with those around us.

Our church is made up of people from different nationalities, cultures, ages, and strengths and needs. We celebrate this diversity and believe it reflects the Kingdom of God.
